QUICKIE REVIEW by Mary: Dear Double Team by Olivia Hawthorne

Blythe Orion: I lived my entire life online.

Twenty four-seven I had cameras and an entourage following me, recording me, growing my brand as one of the most successful models on Instagram.

I was tired though, I had millions in the bank, I was surrounded by adoring fans and I was called the most beautiful woman in the world.

But I didn’t have love. I felt like nobody really knew me.

A chance at an old fashioned matchmaking felt too good to be true, but I thought I’d give it a try.

What’s the worst that could happen? I’d have a cool Instagram story and something to blog about.

I never thought I’d lose my heart and find myself and what that would mean for my brand.

And I never could have imagined I’d get two for the price of one, but when I met Harrison and James Manchester, how could I possibly choose?

Why not have both?

Skip the chocolates, forget the roses. Who needs candlelight dinners when you can have these amazing Valentine’s Day romances set in a shared world?

Your favorite collaboration team is back, this time with match-maker stories that put the man in romance… our heroes are all alpha, all swoon-worthy, and all for YOU!

Happy hearts day, sweetie!

Mary’s Quickie Review

I thought this was decent, it would be more, I just couldn’t connect to Blythe. Then again I’m not crazy about Instagram and it’s famous people.

As a novella, the plot was good, the romance pretty much instant and the men hot. I do like how the sex scene wasn’t right away.

Overall I thought this book was a good choice to start off the Matchmaker Series. Can’t wait to look at the others and pick my next read.
