The risk was a really good read!

Elle Kennedy nailed it with her new hockey romance. The book had everything I wanted in a sports romance a storyline that is both unique and compelling, and one that not only grabs your attention but holds it as well. I wasn’t able to put this book down while reading between both Brenna and Jake’s POV’S.

Jake’s POV might very well might be my favorite, even though most of the story is written from Brennan’s, reading what Jake thought of Brenna’s words and actions was like I was watching foreplay between the characters. I love a good steamy sports romance as much as the next girl. If you’re a fan of sports romance this is a must read. Elle Kennedy certainly knows how to write a good steamy novel.
